In this short tip we meet Andrew Shufflebotham who talks us through the best-loved cuts of beef, where to find them and how to use them. Originally set up to provide home-produced Hereford beef for the local farmers' market, Cheerbrook Farm's commercial operation became so successful that they opened a farm shop in October 2000 to provide locally reared beef, pork and lamb to the public.
