Set in 20 acres of established fruits and seasonal vegetables, Hawarden Estate Farm Shop has always been home to one of the best selections of local produce in the North West. The butchery and deli teams have won awards for their sausages and Welsh beef in black beer pie - and now, the Estate is moving more and more to producing its own label goodies, from jams and chutneys to apple and pear juice. Of course, much of the food on sale in the Farm Shop is used by the chefs in the Cook Shop Cafe, and the daily menu reflects the best in seasonal produce available on the Estate.
